Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about websites, hosting, domains and how we work.

How much does a website cost in Kenya?

Our website packages start from KSh 10,000 for a simple Starter website, KSh 20,000 for a Business website and KSh 35,000 for a Professional website or online shop. The final price depends on the pages and features you need - request a free quote for an exact figure.

How long does it take to build a website?

A simple website usually takes 5 to 10 working days once we receive your content. Larger websites and online shops can take 3 to 6 weeks. Ready-made websites can often be delivered in 3 to 7 days.

Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?

No. We normally ask for a deposit to start and the balance in stages or before launch. Payment details are agreed in writing before work begins.

Will my website work on phones?

Yes. Every website we build is mobile-friendly and tested on Android phones, iPhones, tablets and computers.

Do you provide hosting and domain registration?

Yes. We can register your domain (.co.ke, .ke, .com and others) and host your website with free SSL and business email. You can also use your own hosting if you prefer.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. Our websites include an easy admin dashboard where you can change text, images, prices and more without any coding. We also show you how to use it.

What are ready-made websites?

These are professionally designed websites that are already built. You pick one, we customise it with your logo, colours and content, and launch it - usually much faster and cheaper than a custom build.

Do you offer support after the website is live?

Yes. Most packages include free support for a period after launch, and we offer monthly maintenance plans for updates, backups and security checks.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. We can give your current website a modern look, make it mobile-friendly and improve its speed, while keeping your existing content.
